WyPoint is a social community where any local provider can sign up to serve local area customers through the web. WyPoint provides the software tools needed to conduct business through the internet, as well as the mapping and routing tools to operate an efficient pick-up and delivery system.

Does WyPoint have experience running cleaners?

A:

The WyPoint system was inspired when we began adding efficiencies to our own cleaners services. We discovered that unified tagging, geography-based routing, and centralized dispatch services improved our throughput by more than 25%.

Q:

Can any cleaners participate in the WyPoint program?

A:

Absolutely: any cleaners can join at any time. WyPoint is all about gaining an edge on competition, without sacrificing quality or customer good-will. WyPoint gives you the ability to offer the most choices and flexibility to your customers.

Q:

Are there WyPoint discounts and promotions?

A:

WyPoint is a service that allows you to bring your work to your customers. You may schedule discounts and coupons as you would normally. The available coupons will be presented to your customers when they place their orders. You may also send your coupon notifications via social media; however, the coupons must be uploaded and selected from your WyPoint page in order to be valid.

Does WyPoint set cleaner pricing?

A:

No, each cleaner sets their own pricing. This allows the customer to shop for the best combination of price, promotion, and service.

Q:

Do I pick the cleaner I want to use?

A:

Yes. When you set pickup point to place an order, WyPoint will present to you the WyPoint-linked local cleaners servicing your area. If there is more than one, you pick the one to use.

Q:

Do I need to be home when orders are pickup or delivered?

A:

Each cleaners sets their own policy which will be presented to you when you select your provider. Many options are available, such as setting pick up at your work location, leaving your order with the front office staff of an apartment complex, or selecting a cleaner who operates then you plan to be home. Much like package deliveries, many cleaners will leave the delivery unattended.

How will my order be paid?

A:

When you place an order, WyPoint will collect the payment, passing the proceeds on to the cleaner.

Q:

How are lost or damaged garments handled?

A:

Should a garment be lost or damaged, a claim with the cleaner may be submitted. In turn, the cleaner can issue you a credit. This credit may only be redeemed with the specific cleaner.

Can I get a year-end accounting for my taxes?

A:

Yes, WyPoint provides you with a constant review of your annual orders, and provides an online year-end tax summary.

Q:

How do I track my order?

A:

Each WyPoint order has a tracking history available to you on line. This history details the date and time the order was placed, picked up, tagged, checked for quality, and redelivered to you.

Q:

How long do you keep my order history?

A:

Your order history is maintained for the entire calendar year, together with the ten months following that calendar year. Data from the prior calendar are deleted on the first of November.
